SUNSPOT, NM —Effective Thursday, September 6, services will be suspended at the Sunspot, NM, Post Office, 1 Main St., due to a nearby situation.

Regular mail delivery will not be impacted. Residents who receive their mail at sunspot can pick up their mail at the Cloudcroft, NM, Post Office, 20 Curlew Pl., during regular window hours of 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Monday-Friday; and 9:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. Saturday.

The Postal Service receives no tax dollars for operating expenses and relies on the sale of postage, products and services to fund its operations.
