NEW YORK, N.Y. — In the interest of security and safety, postal officials will seal blue mail collection boxes at select Manhattan locations for the annual Puerto Rican Day Parade on June 14, 2009. The mailboxes will be sealed after the last pick up of mail on Saturday June 13 and re-opened on the morning of Monday June 15.
