NEW YORK, NY —New York City Postal Officials today announced that mail collection times will be adjusted for most Manhattan blue mail collection box sites on December 24th and again on December 31st. Any mail collection box not listed below will have a pick-up time of 12 Noon. Postal customers should plan on placing their outgoing mail into the mailboxes before Noon.
