NEW YORK, NY —New York City Postal Officials today announced that mail collection times will be adjusted for most Manhattan blue mail collection box sites on December 24^th and again on December 31^st. Any mail collection box not listed below will have a pick-up time of 12 Noon. Postal customers should plan on placing their outgoing mail into the mailboxes before Noon.
