24 Local Post Office’s Are 24/7 For PO Box Lobby

White Plains, NY –24 local Post Offices are open seven days a week 24-hours a day for easy access to customers Post Office Boxes. “Customers have a fast, easy access to their Post Office Box mail anytime it is convenient for them,” explains Westchester Marketing Manager Debra Jones.

There are plenty of Post Office Boxes available and mail is distributed every morning Monday through Saturday. Post Office Boxes allow customers to keep their personal or business mail private, and are available in five different sizes, from 3 x 5-1/2 inches to 22-1/2 x 12 inches.

APC For customer convenience, the Post Offices listed below have 24-hour access to Automated Postal Centers (APC), the Postal Service’s version of the ATM. The APC enables customers to conduct business at their convenience.

Using credit and debit cards, the APC enables customers to:

  • Send items via Express, Priority, and First-Class Mail, as well as by Parcel Post.
  • Weigh, calculate and purchase postage in amounts for items weighing up to 70 lbs.
  • Buy self-adhesive stamps
  • Purchase insurance up to $500.
  • Look up ZIP Codes and obtain Postal Service mailing information.
  • Obtain Certified Mail, Delivery Confirmation and a Return Receipt which provides proof of delivery.
  • Obtain a receipt at the end of your transaction.
