Staten Island Post Office Offering Customers Alternate Location for Services

Postmaster of Staten Island Carmen Fede has put together the following services for the residents of Staten Island:

Starting Thursday, November 8, 2012, Staten Island Post Office will be providing the following services for customers:

  • A Mobile Post Office Unit will be at Miller Field next to New Dorp High School (465 New Dorp Lane) from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, and 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM on Saturday.
  • We will sell stamps, mail prepaid packages, hold mail, & forward mail all upon request.
  • We will store and give out any displaced customer’s daily mail if they request it to be held in the mobile unit.
  • The current plan will have the Mobile Post Office at Miller Field until November 21, 2012. However, if the need exist, we may extend the service.
