Southern Tier, NY — Post Offices will be open Christmas Eve, Dec. 24. Most Post Offices will close at noon on Dec. 24 Revised hours will be posted at each Post Office. Regular mail delivery remains unaffected on Dec. 24.
Last minute mailing or pickups as late as 3 pm on Dec. 24 are available at the Binghamton Post Office on Henry Street.

Leaving a book of stamps out with the cookies for Santa? The last place to buy a stamp in the Southern Tier on Christmas Eve is the Vestal Post Office, open until 5:30 pm. Norwich, North Norwich and Oneonta are open until 5 pm.
Neighboring Cortland, Syracuse Main Post Office and Teall Station are also open until 5 pm, while the Utica Main Post Office is open until 3 pm.
