Capital Region, NY — Post Offices will be open Christmas Eve, Dec. 24. Most Post Offices will close at noon on Dec. 24 Revised hours will be posted at each Post Office. Regular mail delivery and collections remain unaffected on Dec. 24.
Last minute mailing or pickups as late as 5 pm on Dec. 24 at the Albany General Mail Facility on 30 Old Karner Road and the Schenectady Post Office, 29 Jay Street. Other regional post offices available until 3 pm include Clifton Park, Lake Pleasant, Latham and Troy) as are the main post offices in nearby Saratoga Springs and Glens Falls.
Galway (12074) and West Lebanon (12195) will also be open until 5 pm.
