Central New York — Post Offices will be open Christmas Eve, Dec. 24.   Most Post Offices will close at noon on Dec. 24.   Revised hours will be posted at each Post Office.  Regular mail delivery remains unaffected on Dec. 24.

Last minute mailing or pickups as late as 5 pm on Dec. 24 will be available at the Syracuse Main Post Office or Teall Station.  All other Syracuse facilities will close at noon. 

Other regional post offices available until 5 pm on Christmas Eve include Auburn, Cortland and Lacona.

The Rome and Utica Main Post Offices are open until 3 pm.  The Watertown Post Office is open until 6 pm.

Post Offices with ZIP Codes that begin with 130 and 131 that will operate past noon on Dec. 24 include:  

Post Offices will be closed Dec. 25 and Jan. 1. Only Priority Mail Express will be delivered on Christmas Day and New Year’s Day. All Post Offices will be open with regular mail delivery and collections resuming on Dec. 26 and Jan. 2.
