NEW YORK CITY, NY – In the interest of safety and security, postal officials will seal blue mail collection boxes at select Manhattan locations during the Saint Patrick’s Day Parade in New York City – which will travel up 5th Avenue from 42nd Street through 86th Street.
The boxes are to be sealed with the final collection scheduled for Monday, March 16, 2015 and reopened on Wednesday morning, March 18, 2015 on its first scheduled collection.
