Background: |
The Triboro District continues its long standing tradition of community outreach and partnership in service. Over 700 seniors from across the 5-borough network of schools will march their college applications out the front doors of their schools and to postal representatives. Along the way students will be cheered on by more than 3000 members of their school, communities, local business leaders, politicians, and other supporters collectively. The March is gaining nationwide participation since it began in 2011 by New York City’s Outward Bound Wheels Schools. More about NYC Outward Bound can be found at: http://www.nycoutwardbound.org. |
