Oklahoma City Passport Fair

NEW YORK, NY — New York City postal customers can take advantage of special Sunday passport-only hours in Brooklyn on Sunday, August 6, and the Bronx and Manhattan on Sunday, August 27.

Every New York minute counts so these Post Offices will be giving customers 1,620 extra minutes just for passports during these special Sunday events.

Passports now take around 6 to 8 weeks to process, so whether it is for summer getaways, back-to-school uses, or updating your expired travel document, these Sundays are your days!

Bushwick Post Office

August 6 – 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM
Williamsburg Post Office
263 South 4th Street
Brooklyn, NY 11211
August 6 – 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM
Fordham Post Office
465 East 188th Street
Bronx, NY 10458
August 27 – 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM
James A. Farley Post Office
421 8th Avenue
New York, NY 10001
August 27 – 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Fort George Post Office
4558 Broadway
New York, NY 10040
August 27 – 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM

 

  • Bring proof of US citizenship (provide one of the following)
  • Previous fully valid U.S. Passport
  • Certified U.S. birth certificate
  • Consular Report of Birth Abroad or Certification of Birth
  • Certificate of Naturalization or Citizenship
  • Proof of identity (Current, valid driver’s license – Government ID – Military ID)
  • Young travelers
  • Children under age 16, both parents are required to be present to issue a passport to a child.
  • Photos
  • Passport clerks will be available to take the photographs (for a fee).
