NEW YORK, NY — Triboro District postal officials are hosting Customer Appreciation Days from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m. beginning Tuesday, January 30 through Friday, February 2.
Postal managers will be at multiple Post Office lobbies, talking to customers, thanking them for their business, and looking for feedback to help identify areas of opportunity to improve service.
Customer Appreciation Day gives management officials and local staff the opportunity to thank customers and hear what they have to say about the service in their community.

The Postal Service also offers mailing resource information on YouTube. Each video is less than three minutes long with tips on addressing packages, shipping packages and packing a box so items arrive safely. Free Priority Mail shipping supplies can be ordered online at the Postal Service’s USPS.com website.

The Postal Service receives no tax dollars for operating expenses and relies on the sale of postage, products and services to fund its operations.
