KINGSTON, NY — Following the success of the previous March 3 Customer Appreciation Day community outreach, Kingston Postmaster Leon Griffin is hosting a We’re Listening Weekend event on Saturday, April 7 to continue to solicit community feedback. Postal managers will be in the Main Post Office lobby at 90 Cornell Street from 11 a.m.to 2 p.m. on Saturday talking to customers, sharing mailing and shipping tips, and soliciting feedback in an effort to identify areas of opportunity to improve service.

Can’t make it to the We’re Listening Weekend outreach event on April 7? Residents can contact the Kingston Post Office with specific concerns, complaints and compliments at 845-331-2286. Additional contact options include the Postal Service’s toll free Customer Care Center at 1-800-ASK-USPS (1-800-275-8777) or via email by clicking on “Contact Us” at the bottom of the USPS.com homepage. Every call and email will be carefully documented and appropriate action taken.
