PORT EWEN, NY – In the interest of public and employee safety, all operations are being temporarily relocated from the Port Ewen Post Office, 158 West Main Street to the Ulster Park Post Office, 364 Union Center Road. The Port Ewen Post Office roof is leaking.

Postal retail services are available at the Ulster Park Office approximately 4.1 miles away from the Port Ewen Post Office. Mail delivery to all street addresses remains unaffected. Port Ewen Post Office Box customers can pick-up their mail at the Ulster Park Post Office during regular business hours: Monday – Friday 8 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. and 1 p.m. – 5 p.m.. Saturday hours are 9 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. For security, photo identification is required for Post Office Box mail pick-up.

No mail was damaged as a result of the roof leaks and no timetable has been established for return to the leased 1,300 sq. ft. Port Ewen Post Office.

Customers with questions or comments about their mail service can call toll-free 1-800-ASK-USPS (1-800-275-8777). The public can also contact the Postal Service via email by clicking on Contact Us at the bottom of the USPS.com homepage and following the prompts.
