“We’re Listening Weekend” Lets Residents Share Their Thoughts

WHITE PLAINS, NY — Westchester District postal officials want to hear from you. Postal managers will be in 23 local Post Office lobbies throughout the area over the weekend from 11 a.m.to 2 p.m. talking to customers and soliciting feedback. The proactive community outreach, called We’re Listening Weekend, is designed to provide residents an expanded opportunity to share their thoughts and give postal managers additional first hand insight into improving the overall customer experience.

The participating Post Offices in the Saturday, May 5 We’re Listening Weekend community outreach include:

  • Ardsley at 875 Saw Mill River Road
  • Arlington at 41 Raymond Avenue in Poughkeepsie
  • Dobbs Ferry at 120 Main Street
  • Elmsford at 2 East Main Street
  • Hartsdale at 441 Central Park Avenue
  • Hastings on Hudson at 591 West Warburton Avenue
  • Irvington at 25 North Buckhout Street
  • Kingston at 90 Cornell Street
  • Larchmont at 1 Chatsworth Avenue
  • Mamaroneck at 309 Mount Pleasant Avenue
  • Mount Vernon at 15 South 1st Avenue
  • New Rochelle at 255 North Avenue
  • Ossining at 100 Main Street
  • Poughkeepsie at 55 Mansion Street
  • Scarsdale at 29 Chase Road
  • Tarrytown at 50 North Broadway
  • Valhalla at 10 Cleveland Street
  • White Plains at 100 Fisher Avenue
  • Yonkers Centuck at 1585 Central Park Avenue
  • Yonkers East at 915 Yonkers Avenue
  • Yonkers South at 335 South Broadway
  • Yonkers Main Post Office at 79-81 Main Street

The Monsey Post Office’s We’re Listening Weekend event is on Sun., May 6 from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m.

Can’t make it to We’re Listening Weekend? Officials recommend calling the USPS toll-free Customer Care Center at 1-800-ASK-USPS (1-800-275-8777), or sending an email to the Postal Service by visiting USPS.com, clicking on “Contact Us” at the bottom of our homepage, and following the prompts.
