Background:

The United States Postal Service is pleased to announce the opening of the new Corinth Post Office at 315 Owenton Road, Corinth, KY 41010. The office will open for business on Saturday, December 09, 2017 and an official ribbon cutting ceremony will be held on Monday, December 11, 2017.

The Postal Service lost its lease to the former Corinth Post Office location at 212 Main Street, resulting in the temporary suspension of the office. The suspension resulted in no changes in mail delivery or customers’ addresses, but did result in the temporary loss of local postal retail services.

The new office will be open Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. and close at 1:00 p.m. It will reopen at 2:00 p.m. and close at 4:00 p.m. On Saturdays the office will be open 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. The P.O. Box lobby will be open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

The blue collection box located at the Corinth City Office (in front of the temporary PO Box location) will be relocated to the new Post Office on Saturday, December 9, 2017. Post Office Box customers will need to exchange their current PO Box keys for new ones at the new Post Office. PO Box customers may call 859-823-1999 for more information.
