KINTA, OK — Postal officials have suspended mail delivery and retail services at the Kinta, OK, Post Office due to flooding.

Kinta Post Office Box customers are directed to pick up their mail at the Quinton, OK, Post Office located at 911 E. Main Street, Quinton, OK, 74561.  Hours of operation are:

• Monday – Friday  8:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.  1:00 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.
• Saturday – Sunday          Closed

The Postal Service regrets any inconvenience to its customers and will work to restore operations at the Kinta Post Office as soon as possible.

Customers can call 1-800-ASK-USPS or go to the Postal Service’s website www.usps.com to get the location of other nearby Post Offices and approved postal retail service providers.

The Postal Service receives no tax dollars for operating expenses and relies on the sale of postage, products and services to fund its operations.
