Oklahoma City, OK — On Thursday September 27, USPS will be hosting a Job Fair at the Oklahoma City Processing & Distribution Center, located at 4025 W Reno Ave, Oklahoma City, OK 73107.
Applications will be accepted for a variety of holiday temporary jobs in the Oklahoma City and surrounding areas (Norman, Bethany, Choctaw, Jones, Luther, Shawnee, Guthrie, Harrah, Tecumseh, Mustang, Yukon, Blanchard, Meeker, Tuttle, Edmond, Piedmont, Newcastle).
A computer lab will be open throughout the day for applicants to apply and get assistance if needed. There will be two sessions:
- 10 am – noon
- 2:30 – 6:00 pm
Lab will close at 5:00 pm.
Positions include City Carrier Assistant (CCA), Rural Carrier Assistant (RCA), Mail Handler Assistant (MHA), Postal Support Employee (PSE), Assistant Rural Carrier (ARC), and Holiday Clerk Assistant (HCA).
Salary range for these positions is from $15.46 to $17.78 per hour, with variable work hours and work days, including holidays and weekends.
Employment Requirements
- 18 years old at the time of appointment or 16 years old with a high school diploma
- United States citizen or permanent resident
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
- Safe driving record (if applicable to the position)
