PITTSBURGH — The December 22 community meeting to discuss the U.S. Postal Service’s Area Mail Processing (AMP) study of mail processing at the Altoona PA Processing and Distribution Facility (P&DF) has been cancelled.
The U.S. Postal Service’s Area Mail Processing (AMP) study of mail processing at the Altoona PA Processing and Distribution Facility (P&DF) has determined not all destinating mail will be moving to the Johnstown P&DC.
As a result, the community meeting, which was to be held on Thursday, December 22, at 6 p.m. at the Altoona Area School District Junior High School Auditorium, has been cancelled. Should there be a rescheduling of the meeting, in the future, we will advise you of the time and date.
