The Postal Service is committed to restore service to our customers. By late Friday, the Caribbean’s major mail processing infrastructure in San Juan has begun to ramp up is up and the mail is moving.

As information, some regional post offices will attempt to resume service on Saturday in these locations, with exceptions noted:

  • Manati  Post Office, in ZIP Code 00674, and Morovis Post Office, ZIP Code 00687, will attempt delivery where safe but cannot provide retail service at this time
  • Post Offices in Juncos, in ZIP Code 00777, and Fajardo, Zip Code 00738, will attempt delivery where safe but cannot provide retail service on Saturday.
  • Trujillo Alto Station, in 00976, will also attempt delivery where safe but cannot provide retail service at this time.

Customers are reminded they should check our website — www.usps.com — regularly for updated information on mail service.
