SAN JUAN — Although Monday is an official postal holiday, 20 post offices in Puerto Rico will extend handout of mail of mail during limited business hours. Customer identification is recommended.
As conditions permit, and where safe to proceed, letter carriers from the following offices will also attempt deliveries on Monday.

It is expected that 90 post offices in Puerto Rico will offer retail services again on Tuesday – stamps, packages, money orders – while the 99 regional offices that provide residential delivery service will all make attempts at delivery where safe conditions permit.
