PROVIDENCE, RI — Post Offices will be closed and there will be no mail delivery on Monday, February 19, 2018, in observance of the Presidents Day federal holiday, but Priority Mail Express will be delivered. Normal mail delivery, collections, customer service operations will resume on Tuesday, February 20.
Anyone needing access to postal retail services on holidays and non-traditional business hours can take advantage of the self-service kiosks with 24/7 access at several Post Offices throughout Rhode Island.
Customers with questions or comments about their mail service can call toll-free 1-800-ASK-USPS (1-800-275-8777) or send an e-mail to the Postal Service by clicking on Contact Us at eh bottom of the USPS.com homepage and following the prompts.

Stamps are available at most grocery, pharmacy, and convenience stores.
