With this resolution, Congressman Clyburn honored Representative Curtis B. Inabinett, Sr. for a lifetime of public service. Inabinett is a former educator who served in the U. S. Army in the Korean Conflict, and went on to become the first African-American Mayor of Ravenel. Subsequently, he was elected to the South Carolina House of Representatives and the Charleston County Council. Program/agenda attached. |
