Background:

The new Post Office will be a 7200 sq. ft structure, an increase from the current 2900 sq. ft. building. The current building was built in 1991 when Brandon had a population of 3,000. The current population of Brandon exceeds 10,000.

“We are excited to see this building project launch,” said Postmaster Kelley Lehfeldt. “We’ve served this community as the Brandon Post Office since 1955 through every situation and we are proud to continue to serve the public.”
