USPS Opens New Contract Postal Unit In Spring Branch

New Location Open Every Day from 6:00 a.m. to 8 p.m.

SPRING BRANCH, TX —To increase convenience and provide an alternate access channel for postal customers to conduct postal business at Post Office prices, a new Contract Postal Unit (CPU) at 7765 US HWY 281 N, inside Fisher’s Neighborhood Market #32, will celebrate their Grand Opening on July 18, 2009.

A variety of postal products and services are available at the new contract postal unit including postage stamps, stamped envelopes, Domestic Express Mail® and Priority Mail®, First Class Mail® and Package Services, Express and Priority Mail® International, First Class Mail International, special services including Insured Mail, Certified Mail™, Return Receipt, Registered Mail™, Delivery Confirmation™ and Signature Confirmation™ Service, and much more, according to Postmaster Steven Miller.

Postal customers may also deposit letter and parcel mail at the contract unit. The hours of operation are Monday-Sunday, 6 a.m. – 8 p.m.

The contract postal unit also has a new look. “Customers will easily recognize the presence of Postal services at new contract locations by the U.S. Postal Service illuminated exterior signage and interior signage, as well as the new retail counter configuration and product display,” says Postmaster Miller. “The Postal Service has re-engineered the entire Contract Postal Unit Program to better answer the needs of postal customers nationwide.”

The Bulverde CPO, 30131 Bulverde Ln., Bulverde TX, is another contract postal unit

located near Spring Branch.
