Odessa Northeast Station Post Office Parking Lot Repairs Begin Oct. 20

October 19, 2009

ODESSA, TX—Customers of the Odessa Northeast Station Post Office, 4551 E. 52nd St., are advised the parking lot will be undergoing major repairs beginning Tuesday morning, Oct. 20. Parking lot repairs are expected to be completed by Thanksgiving.

The repair project will encompass the front customer parking area, the mail collection box drive through area, as well as the Post Office's back dock area and employee parking lots. The project will be worked on in sections to allow limited customer parking during the entire project. The drive-through mail collection box will be moved temporarily to another location while repairs are being made in the area where the collection box is normally located.

"We regret any inconvenience to our customers during the parking lot repair project," Postmaster Guadalupe (Chito) Ramirez said. "We expect our customers will appreciate the improved parking lot, coming just in time for the busy holiday mailing season."
