AMARILLO, TX—Postmaster James Chambers today announced adjusted retail hours for the upcoming Christmas Holidays. Due to anticipated low customer demand, some Amarillo Post Offices will close early on Christmas Eve, Thursday, Dec. 24; however, full delivery services and mail collections will be provided that day.
For customers requiring full Post Office services, the Amarillo Main Post Office, 2301 Ross St., will remain open until 5 p.m. on Christmas Eve, Dec. 24.
All Amarillo Post Offices will be closed Dec. 25 in observance of the Christmas Day holiday. There will be no mail collections and only Express Mail deliveries will be provided on the Christmas Day holiday.

There will be no mail collections and only Express Mail deliveries will be provided on the Jan. 1 holiday.
