Big Sandy, TX – The U.S. Postal Service today recognized Strategic Fulfillment Group (SFG) with its Corporate Business Achievement Award, for the company’s commitment to a successful business partnership with the Postal Service. A select group of postal customers is acknowledged and recognized for their contribution to the continued success of the mailing industry at the annual National Postal Forum.
The Corporate Business Achievement Award, one of three “best in class” awards presented annually at the Forum, are customers, who are handpicked by the United States Postal Service Headquarters’ Officers. This year, the Corporate Business Achievement Award has been divided into categories that best describe the company’s achievement. From global alliances to collaboration on a smaller scale, the U. S. Postal Service values its business partnerships. These companies use postal products and services to deliver value and to help strengthen and grow their businesses. They are committed to producing winning results and these awards honor that commitment.
SFG’s relational database makes them a true marketing partner with their clients. In a continuing effort to add value for their clients, SFG takes full advantage of U.S. Postal Service (USPS) products, including Move Update. Since all the records are stored in one location, all mailing lists are updated automatically, thereby greatly diminishing Undeliverable As Addressed (UAA) mail for SFG’s clients.
Ellis Burgoyne, USPS Chief Information Officer and Executive Vice President, nominated SFG for this award. “We are pleased to recognize and honor SFG for this innovation, creativity and leadership,” said Burgoyne.
“As business partners, many enhancements developed by SFG provided a win-win for both companies. SFG is able to provide their clients with the best possible customer lists and marketing data, while the USPS offers the best possible deliverable mail piece.”
The National Postal Forum is the mailing industry’s largest trade show and networking event for industry professionals. Since 1968, it has provided business mailers with ongoing training and education, and helped them keep pace with the mailing industry’s rapid progress. Held once a year in the spring, the Forum is a combination educational conference/trade show offering a wide range of opportunities for attendees. For more information, visit www.npf.org.
