San Antonio Post Office To Observe Veterans Day Holiday

No Regular Mail Delivery and All Offices Will Be Closed on Nov. 11

SAN ANTONIO, TX — Officer-In-Charge Willie Trawick today announced all postal units in San Antonio, to include administrative offices and the Business Mail Entry Unit, will be closed on Wednesday, November 11, in observance of the Veterans Day Holiday.

There will be no retail window service or regular mail delivery, including mail distributed to post office boxes, or mail collections on the holiday.  Guaranteed Priority Mail Express® will be delivered.  The Airport Mail Facility will close on Tuesday, November 10, at 10 pm, and re-open on Thursday, November 12, at 8:00 am.

Full Post Office operations will resume on Thursday, November 12.

During the holiday, postal customers may conduct most Post Office retail transactions at our Self-Service Kiosks (SSKs), which offer access 24 hours a day. SSKs can be found at the following locations:

Postal customers are reminded the Post Office is always open at www.usps.com.
