BROWNFIELD, TX — U.S. Postal Service employees in facilities in the West Texas area affected by severe winter weather will be working around-the-clock to process and deliver mail for our customers. The Postal Service will attempt deliveries where it is deemed safe for our employees.
Postal residential and business customers are asked to clear their mailbox area of snow, sleet, slush, ice and debris, including nearby sidewalks, steps and porches.
Customers can call the Postal Service's toll-free number 800-ASK-USPS (800-275-8777) or the TTY number 877-TTY-2HLP (877-889-2457) for help with any postal related questions they may have.
The Postal Service receives no tax dollars for operating expenses and relies on the sale of postage, products and services to fund its operations.
