Medina Post Office Temporarily Adjusts Operations

MEDINA, TX — The safety and well-being of customers and employees is of the utmost importance to the Postal Service. Due to an extensive maintenance project, operations at the Medina Post Office will be temporarily relocated, beginning Monday, Oct. 23 until Monday, Oct. 30, 2017.  The office expects to resume operations on Tuesday, Oct. 31, 2017.

Mail for all PO Box customers will be available from a Mobile Retail Unit located on-site, outside the Post Office building.  The hours of operation for the mobile unit will be 9:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 2 to 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.  It will be closed on Saturday and Sunday.

The Mobile Retail Unit will also provide limited postal services and customers can purchase stamps for cash or check only. The nearest full-service postal retail location accepting credit or debit cards will be the Bandera Post Office, located at 130 State Highway 173 North, in Bandera, Texas. Hours of operation at the Bandera Post Office are 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.  Monday through Friday, closed Saturday and Sunday.

Postal customers may order stamps by calling 1-800-Stamp 24 or by visiting our website, where the post office is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, at www.usps.com.

Postal customers may Print Shipping Labels and Pay for Postage from the convenience of home or office by using Click-n-Ship service, online at www.usps.com/clicknship.
