Rockport Post Office Construction Underway

Retail Operations Temporarily Limited

ROCKPORT, TX — Due to ongoing construction, retail window services at the Rockport Post Office, located at 1550 FM 2165, Rockport, TX 78382, will be temporarily unavailable until further notice.  Customers may purchase stamps by cash only, pick up mail and packages, and submit Change Of Address (COA) forms at the outer lobby service door during regular business hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (closed Sunday). All other retail transactions and stamp purchases by debit/credit card can be accepted at the nearby Fulton or Aransas Pass post office locations.

  • Hours: Mon-Fri 8:30AM – 4:30PM, Sat 8:30AM – 10:00AM

ARANSAS PASS PO (9 miles), 634 S Commercial St, Aransas Pass TX 78336

  • Hours: Mon-Fri 8:00AM – 4:30PM, Sat 9:00AM – 12:00PM

Work on the retail lobby area of the post office is expected to be completed this week and retail window operations are expected to fully resume on Monday, June 16, 2018.  The post office construction project is expected to continue for the next several weeks with minimal interruptions to customers after this week.
