BURLINGTON, VT — Post Offices will be open Christmas Eve, Dec. 24, and New Year’s Eve, Dec. 31. Most Post Offices will close at noon on Dec. 24 and Dec. 31 with eight remaining open past noon in Vermont. Revised hours will be posted at each Post Office. Regular mail delivery and collections remain unaffected.

The following eight Vermont Post Offices are open until 3 p.m. on Dec. 24 and Dec. 31:

• Brattleboro Post Office, 204 Main St., Brattleboro, VT 05301
• Burlington Post Office, 11 Elmwood Ave., Burlington, VT 05401
• Montpelier Post Office, 87 State St., Montpelier, VT 05602
• Newport Post Office, 50 Coventry St., Newport, VT 05855
• Rutland Post Office, 151 West St., Rutland, VT 05701
• St. Johnsbury Post Office, 1153 Main St., St. Johnsbury, VT 05819
• White River Junction Post Office, 195 Sykes Mountain Ave., White River Junction, VT 05001
