SEATTLE, WA — The U.S. Postal Service is hiring for non-career City Carrier Assistant (CCA) positions to deliver mail at various post offices in the immediate Seattle area.
Applicants must pass postal exams 473E and 473, be at least 18 years old or a high school graduate. Background checks and drug tests will be conducted. Veterans Preference will be honored. Starting pay is $15.30 an hour and there are limited employee benefits in the first year of employment. Hours of work will vary depending on mail volume and may include Sundays and holidays. Applicants must have a valid driver’s license and at least two years documented driving experience.
