GREEN BAY, WI — Now that the holidays are over, the Green Bay Post Office is reminding customers it has a range of products and services that make returning unwanted merchandise quick, easy and hassle-free.

“It’s easy to use Postal Service returns services,” said Green Bay Postmaster Jan Wittkopf. “Customers can use our free Priority Mail Flat Rate Boxes and the tools on www.usps.com to print postage and request a free package pickup.”

Priority Mail Flat Rate boxes take the added hassle out of trying to determine the cost of shipping, with “if it fits, it ships”, low flat-rate prices. Priority Mail Flat Rate boxes are available free at the Post Office, at www.usps.com or by calling 800-Stamp-24. The Postal Service will deliver them free of charge right to your door, adds Wittkopf.

“Then customers can go online to print a mailing label with postage using Click-n-Ship and request a free package pickup,” says Wittkopf. “This eliminates the need to visit the Post Office. But just in case you need to visit us, the staff at the Green Bay Post Office will be here ready to help you.”

The Postal Service receives no tax dollars for operating expenses and relies on the sale of postage, products and services to fund its operations.
