BIG BEND, WV — The Big Bend, WV Post Office has reopened following required renovations.

The newly remodeled Big Bend Post Office will be open from 7:45 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and then 12:30 p.m. to 2:45 p.m. Monday through Friday. Saturday hours are 8 a.m. to 11 a.m.

The Big Bend Post Office will offer sales of stamps, money orders, packaging supplies, and have PO Boxes available for rent. They will also carry Expedited packaging (free Priority Flat-Rate boxes and envelopes) for added convenience in mailing packages.

On Tuesday, April 17, patrons are welcomed to a Customer Appreciation/Grand Opening event to show appreciation to patrons for their patience and understanding during the renovations. Light refreshments will be served.  

The Postal Service receives no tax dollars for operating expenses, and relies on the sale of postage, products and services to fund its operations.
