Forms and Formats

Most of the printed forms previously used for Postal Service purchases have been eliminated in favor of computer-generated formats tailored to the requirements of a particular solicitation, contract, or order. The forms and computer-generated formats necessary to implement and supplement the Purchasing Manual are contained in the handbooks referenced in 1.1.1.b.
