2-13.3 Defense Energy Support Center

Under an interagency agreement with the DESC, Postal Service facilities whose fuel requirement is 20,000 gallons or more per product (gasoline, gasohol, diesel fuel, heating fuel or kerosene) at any given location must purchase fuel from DESC suppliers.
