Communications has been revised to delete the requirement for advance ann ouncements of Board of Governors’ approved programs. In addition, the process for preparing and issuing advance announcements for awards valued at $5 million or more or for awards that are highly visible or sensitive has been streamlined.
Has been revised to require the supplier not to refer in its public statements in addition to commercial advertising to the fact that it was awarded a Postal Service contract or to imply in any manner that the Postal Service endorses its products.
