The project manager responsible for monitoring the performance of an A⁄E supplier must complete an objective written evaluation of the supplier’s performance, including any environmental elements, using Forms 7477-A, A⁄E’s Performance Design Phase Evaluation, and 7477-B, A⁄E’s Performance Construction Phase Evaluation.
