Due to Postal Accountability and Enhancement Act (PAEA) considerations, contractual actions (i.e., awards, modifications, indefinite-delivery contracts and their individual orders, and orders against Ordering Agreements valued at $50 million or more; terminations and final decisions on contract claims valued at $25 million or more) require reporting to the Disclosure Committee when the action is forwarded for review and approval and when the same action is awarded. A quarterly review and certification is performed by CMC Managers to ensure actions are being reported timely. See Section 2-42, Postal Accountability and Enhancement Act Related Reports and Certifications).
