SOUTH CAROLINA — Local postal officials remind customers that they can find information about a specific Post Office by calling 1-800-ASK-USPS (275-8777). Operators have been provided specific information regarding delivery and retail services for each office in the area affected by Hurricane Florence.
Residents can also find information about mail deliveries, closures and USPS service updates at http://about.usps.com/news/service-alerts/welcome.htm.
Before, during and after Hurricane Florence — as with any storm — postal employees in the Palmetto State will make every effort to maintain regular delivery and mail service where it is safe and reasonable to do so.
