Working For You

"Working for You" is the theme of our fall advertising campaign. More important, it's about what Postal Service employees are doing for their customers every day.

That's why we've selected actual letter carriers to play themselves in upcoming print, radio and TV advertising.

Pat Donahoe, Chief Operating Officer, explains it best, "Our carriers are well-liked by their customers, so it makes perfect sense to feature real carriers in our ads."

We're proud to present the nine employees who will be telling our customers, "We're working for you!" They're featured on the cover of this Postal Bulletin.

For many customers, letter carriers stand for our entire organization. They symbolize the team that delivers the best service possible - from retail to collection, from transportation to processing -for every letter, every package, every catalog and every magazine we deliver.

These nine were selected from a group of 80 talented employees who will represent the Postal Service in local promotional and public relations events. They're all pictured on the next four pages.

"Choosing these carriers was a rewarding experience," said Donahoe. "They are all so enthusiastic and they made us feel great about how well they represent all of us at the Postal Service. They will be excellent radio and TV ambassadors for the Postal Service."
