Realignment of Janitorial Services Contracting
Contracts for janitorial services and state designations have been realigned. Postal ServiceTM facilities requiring cleaning service contracts with self-employed individuals that exceed the $10,000 annual threshold or firms that exceed the $2,500 annual threshold should see the listing below to determine who to contact to requisition services within thier state. If the district crosses a state line, the requisition should follow the state where the district office is located. Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico districts will continue to handle their own requirements.
The San Francisco Purchasing Service Center, 390 Main Street, Suite 602, San Francisco, CA 94105-5016 will procure janitorial services for the following states: Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas Louisiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Washington, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.
