Directives and Forms Update

Effective immediately, Publication 223, Directives and Forms Catalog (June 1999), is revised. The tables below contain the document ID, edition date, title, PSN (Postal ServiceTM stock number), and the Postal Service and public supply source for all new, revised, and obsolete directives and forms.

 

Use this article to keep Publication 223 current. Information on how to order directives and forms is available in chapter 1 of Publication 223.

HANDBOOK REVISION

Handbook AS-353, Guide to Privacy and the Freedom of Information Act

Effective July 7, 2005, Handbook AS-353, Guide to Privacy and the Freedom of Information Act, is revised. The appendix is replaced to indicate the Privacy Act Systems of Records was published in their entirety in the Federal Register on April 29, 2005 (70 FR 22516-22560), and on May 6, 2005 (70 FR 24128-24129).

We will incorporate this revision into the next printed version of Handbook AS-353 and into the online version of the handbook available on the Postal ServiceTM PolicyNet Web site:

• Go to http://blue.usps.gov.

 

 

 

 

• Under "Essential Links" in the left-hand column, click on References.

• Under "References" in the right-hand column, under "Policieis," click on PolicyNet.

• Then click on HBKs.
