IMM 31 contains all IMM revisions published in the Postal Bulletin from August 5, 2004, through May 12, 2005. Items published in the Postal Bulletin after May 12, 2005, are effective but have not been incorporated into Issue 31. In addition, Issue 31 corrects printing and formatting errors and omissions in Issue 30. All previous issues of the IMM are obsolete - please recycle Issue 30 and all previous issues of the IMM immediately.

We update the IMM online version as often as every 2 weeks to reflect any changes published in the most recent issue of the Postal Bulletin. The online version is always more current than the existing printed version, so if you have web access, and if practicable, you should check the online version when responding to customer inquiries about international mail issues.
