In the article "2006 Year Type for Hand Stamp
and Canceling Machines" in Postal Bulletin 22164 (9-29-05,
page 132) there are two corrections.
• In the fourth paragraph, text was missing.
This text is given below in bold. The paragraph should read as follows:
You should contact the MDC at 800-332-0317 by November 10, 2005, if your
facility has not received the MDC notification by November 1, 2005, and
you need 2006 year type for hand stamp or canceling machines.

Please be ready to give the customer service representative
the PSIN for the item needed, the quantity you need, and the FEDSTRIP
number for the ordering facility.
• In the fifth paragraph, the date in the first
sentence was incorrect. The corrected sentence follows with the corrected
date in bold: The MDC will ship the 2006 year type no later than December
14, 2005.
