HANDBOOK T-5 REVISION
New Canada and Postal Service Operations
Changes
Effective immediately, Handbook
T-5, International Mail Operations, is revised. Labeling list
I304 for Canada in Appendix 1 now reflects changes in the labeling and
routing information for mail exported to Canada.
The changes are required because
Canada Post has requested labeling list name changes for Publishers' Periodicals,
specifically for Montreal and Toronto.
