Notice 122-A provides written instructions to mailers on
how to make inquiries on all international products and services. The primary instruction is that mailers must call the
International Inquiry Center at 800-222-1811 - they no longer need to complete PS Form 542, Inquiry About a Registered Article or an Insured Parcel or an Ordinary Article, which is now obsolete. (See the article about PS Form 542
on the next page.)
There will be an initial national distribution of Notice
122-A to all retail offices.

• Under "Essential Links" in the left-hand column, click
