Notice 122-A, Instructions to Initiate an Inquiry for International Mail, is now available from the Material Distribution
Center (MDC). An image of Notice 122-A appears on
page 12.
You can order Notice 122-A from the MDC and use
touch tone order entry (TTOE): Call 800-332-0317,
option 2.

Notice 122-A provides written instructions to mailers on
how to make inquiries on all international products and services. The primary instruction is that mailers must call the
International Inquiry Center at 800-222-1811 - they no longer need to complete PS Form 542, Inquiry About a Registered Article or an Insured Parcel or an Ordinary Article,
which was made obsolete in January 2006.
